I need prices or any other information

Invoices are to be paid immediately. Customers, not having lodged an objection by return of post, accept the invoice together with the terms of settlement specified hereafter. In respect of any invoices remaining unpaid after their due date, the overdue amount will be increased by a 15% overdue charge, the minimum amount of which will be 37,20 euro and the maximum amount being 620,00 euro. Overdue invoices will additionally be subject without further notice to a monthly 1,50% interest charge. All disputes will be decided by the Mechlin district courts. (Belgium) Music and CD's, once delivered and invoiced, will under no circumstances be taken back.Back to above

All publications and CD's are always available from stock and will be sent within 1 or 2 working days after receipt of your order. We choose the best, fastest and cheapest way to dispatch your order. We invoice post and packaging costs. You pay what we pay.Back to above
All invoices are payable within 14 days after delivery. Shops must contact our sales department to receive their personal paying method. If you live in Belgium, Holland, Austria or Germany; you can pay on our Belgian bank account by using the IBAN and BIC number, which avoids you from expensive bank costs. Our customers in France can pay by cheque or with credit card. All other countries must order online at www.bernaertsmusic.com and pay with credit card.
ATTENTION: Orders off extra parts and/or extra scores must be paid with credit card.
We do not accept any bank or exchange costs.Back to above
Return of goods
Music and CD's, once delivered and invoiced, will be under no circumstances taken back or exchanged.Back to above
Incorrect deliveries and complaints
If you receive music which you have not ordered or in a wrong instrumentation: please do not open the safety plastic. Pieces without security plastic can not be taken back for copyright reasons. Do not return any wrong orders until you have called our sales department at 00 32 3 860 97 70 to discuss the best solution for both parties.
Complaints or remarks about the delivery of your order can only be given via e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org) and this within 7 days after the invoice date.
How can I become a Bernaerts Music dealer?
If you are a licensed retailer and wish to join the growing team of Bernaerts Music dealers, please contact our sales department. Please include your name, business name, address, phone, fax and VAT number. You will be contacted shortly with information about your discount and paying methods.Back to above
Sample scores are available on our website only and are incomplete for copyright reasons. We have not left out pages to avoid showing difficulties in a particular part of the piece and guarantee that the difficulty degree remains the same as on the pages shown in the sample scores. Approximately 3/4 of a piece is shown on the samples scores.Back to above

For copyright reasons we do not send complete MP3 files of our recordings. We have complete recordings of all our publications available on our CD's. Please check the "Compact Discs" section on our website for more details.Back to above
