| In which languages can I communicate? |

We speak Dutch, English, German and French.
|

All publications and CD's are always available from stock and will be sent immediately after receipt of your order. We choose the best, fastest and cheapest way to dispatch your order. We invoice post and packaging costs. You pay what we pay.
Fast express deliveries : this is possible as we work also with UPS or FedEx. Please note that these services are very expensive but also very effective and fast. Please contact first our sales department to discuss the best possible shipment method in these circumstances. All costs will be invoiced to the customer. For dealers we prefer to receive their own UPS or FedEx customer number so they will be invoiced for the shipment by UPS or FedEx in their own country.

All invoices are payable within 14 days after delivery. Shops must contact our sales department to receive their personal paying method. If you live in Belgium, Holland, Luxembourg, Germany, Austria or France; we have a bank account in these countries, this means that you don't have difficult and expensive transactions or paying methods. If you live in England, Scotland or Northern Ireland; you will receive an invoice in Pounds Sterling and you can send us a cheque (in £) after receipt of the invoice. If you do not live in any of the above countries we will require your credit card number, expiry date and security code (3 numbers on the back of your card) for the payment. If you do not have a credit card please ask our sales department for a pro forma invoice which you can pay into our bank account before we send the music.

We do not accept any bank or exchange costs.

Music and CD's, once delivered and invoiced, will be under no circumstances taken back or exchanged.

If you receive music which you have not ordered or in a wrong instrumentation please do not open the safety plastic. Pieces without security folio can not be taken back for copyright reasons. Do not return any wrong orders until you have called our sales department at 03-860 97 70 to discuss the best solution for both parties.

| How can I become a Bernaerts Music dealer? |

If you are a licensed retailer and wish to join the growing team of Bernaerts Music dealers, please contact our sales department. Please include your name, business name, address, phone, fax and VAT number. You will be contacted shortly with information about your discount and paying methods.

Sample scores are available on our website only and are incomplete for copyright reasons. We have not left out pages to avoid showing difficulties in a particular part of the piece and guarantee that the difficulty degree remains the same as on the pages shown in the sample scores. Approximately 2/3 of a piece is shown on the samples scores.

For copyright reasons we do not send complete MP3 files of our recordings. We have complete recordings of all our publications available on our CD's. Please check the "Compact disc" section on our website for more details.
