Frank Bernaerts started publishing and distributing his compositions and arrangements in 1989, and founded Bernaerts Music b.v.b.a in 1992. As managing director of this music publishing company located in Willebroek (Belgium), he aimed to make Bernaerts Music a standard for concert band, fanfare and brass band publications.
Bernaerts Music started to distribute publications and CD's through all major music dealers worldwide. To accommodate our fast-growing business, new offices were constructed in 1996. All publications, from idea to finished product, are now created at those offices. |

We sell direct to bands in almost every country. Our Sales Department provides our valued customers with any requested information, answers questions by mail or telephone and ensures daily distribution of orders to dealers, shops and bands.

Bernaerts Music compiles all necessary facilities for modern music printing. We are equipped with our own computer rooms for music editing, lay-out and pre-press facilities, a production unit for fast and high quality printing and a warehouse with up-to-date transport and distribution facilities.

Frank Bernaerts was born in Willebroek (Belgium) in 1967. His first inspiration came from his grandfather who was himself a great music lover and a local conductor. Even at an early age Frank Bernaerts was attracted to the wind band, fanfare and brass band scene. He studied at the Music Academy of Willebroek, Stedelijk Muziekconservatorium Mechelen and at the Lemmensinstituut in Leuven. He studied cornet, piano,
harmony,
counterpoint and musical history. In 1989 he started to publish and distribute his own arrangements and in 1992 he founded Bernaerts Music Bvba. As managing director of this music publishing company in Willebroek, he has been able to make Bernaerts Music Bvba a standard for pop arrangements. As composer and arranger it is his aim to develop pop music for brass and wind bands all over the world. |
